The integration process requires adding the return form in the store. You can check this link for the complete process - RMS Integration

After integrating the app, you need to configure these basic app settings to utilize the app.

Return Policy - In this setting, set the Return Time Window. This setting allows users to initiate returns within the specified time frame from the order date.

In the Easy Returns Management System (RMS) app, the return request can be created in 2 ways. Either the customer can create an order return request from the Front end

or

The Admin (store owners or managers) can create the same request from the app panel (on behalf of the customer), in case the customer is not able to place it.
