Declines a Return request

By default, the status of the Return Request is set to “Pending” when the return request is created. Admin can then manually review the return request of the customer and approve/decline the return request.
Following events are occurred once a request is declined
The request is moved to the Archive window.
It also triggers a Request Decline notification email.
