RMS App Intergation Process

In this article, you can learn integrating the Return Form in your store in some easy steps.

Step-1: In Shopify Admin → Online store → Themes → click on customize button (Live theme)

Step-2: Click on the Homepage option → Pages.

Step-3: Click on Create Template

Step-4: Name the template

Step-5: In the Apps Section → Click on the + Add block, and select the Return Management System block from the list. You can move the block position according to your requirements.

Step-6: Click on the Save button in the right top corner

Your Return Request Form template is now ready for use.

To link it in your store and show on the navigation bar, open Shopify admin> Pages>Assign the RMS template to the RMS Page

Go to Navigation>Set the location of your Returns Page

The Returns Form is integrated and listed in the store. The users can now place the return request in the store.
