# Return Reasons

Return Reasons are the options like Damaged items, size issues etc, that customers can select at the time of creating a return request.  You can create the required return reasons options, so the customer can choose the appropriate reason when placing the return request.

RMS app **->** **Settings -> Return Reasons** - create new reasons.
