# Remove Add Block for Shopify 2.0 Themes

To remove the “RMS Lookup Form Block” of the Return Management System from your store’s theme:

**Please follow the below path:**

Go to your **Theme > Customize > drop-down menu from top >(Select page template from which you want to remove) > RMS Lookup Form>Remove Block> Save**

**Here are step-by-step instructions to follow:**

**1:-** Go to the **Online store** > **Themes** under the Shopify Admin

**2:-** Click on the **Customize** button in the **Live theme** section

**3:-** Open the **drop-down** menu at the top of the page and select the page from which you want to remove the app from the drop-down menu

4:-Click on the **RMS Lookup Form** and **Remove Block**
