My addons are not displaying on the product and cart page!

If you followed all the installation instructions step-by-step and still cannot see addons on your website, there are certain checks you can do to see the app works as expected.

1. Script update on save

When you save any settings or create addons, the app script takes a while to update on the online-store.


2. Auto-installation setting disabled or not working

If you have not chosen the option to display addons then please choose the "Product Page" and "Cart Page" pages where you want to display the add-ons

If you have already elected the options to display the addon and still addons are not showing then you need to manually install the addon widget on the online-store.

3. Products are not available on the sales channel

App shows the addon on the online-store sales channel

So, please make sure the products you have created as addon must be available on the online-store.

You can choose Drafted and unpublished products as add-ons but they cannot be shown on the online store.

Resolution:

Published or active the product which you have created as addons.


4. Product handle update

If you updated the product handle under the "Search engine listing" section in she Shopify after creating the addons then addons will not be shown.

Resolution:

In this case, you need to re-create the addons in the app.


5. Product is sold-out

If the product is fully sold out then app by default does not show that product as addons

Resolution:

If this case you need to enable the "Display SoldOut Product" setting in the app

this setting is available for "Product Page" and "Cart Page"

Please "Save" after making any changes in the settings.


6. Third-party app is conflict

If you are using any third-party app that manipulates the product form, then quite possible that addon widget is not showing.
