Why the add-ons are not pushed to the cart even after selecting them?

There are some possible reasons due to which addons may not pushed to the cart

  • If the app snippet is added outside the “product form” the addons will not be pushed to the cart.

  • There are various themes which use ajax cart functionalities that may conflict with the app js due to which addons are not pushed to the cart.

  • Duplicate “Add to Cart” can restrict the addons to get pushed in the cart.
