How can Administrator / Shop Owner create a Return Request – SpiceGems Help Documents

The app allows admin to create a return request from the app Dashboard.

Go to Returns->Create Returns Request and search for the corresponding order and create the Request.

Please take note that return rules do not apply when you create a return request from the admin panel.
