App load the JS script using Shopify App Embed which is very fast method to load JS script.
If you not enable the App Embed then please enable it.
For this go to "Getting Started", click on the "Go To Theme Editor" button which will redirect you to the theme editor page.
Click the toggle button on the theme editor page to enable the "App Embed" of the GeoIP Country Redirect app and finally click "Save".
