# My theme is not found in your list

In case you cannot find your Theme in the app's supported theme list

Please contact us at [**help@spicegems.com**](https://evi.spicegems.com/shopify/help)**,** and our team will integrate your theme into the app.

The integration process has the following requirements:

1. Access is required to the sections below on [help@spicegems.com ](https://Mailto:help@spicegems.com)

* **Online Store - (Themes - Edit code)**
* **App Development (View apps)**
* **Products (Create and Edit)**

2. The process takes around 24 to 48 hours depending on the theme structure and customisations.
