Single Option Variants Configuration

Here you can see the step-by-step process of image configuration on the single option (Color variant).

Step-1 Open a product

Open the product and create image sets for each color variant. Rename the images in sequence to keep them organized.

For example, for a product with four color variants:

Option	Image Count	Images renamed
Yellow	3 Images	Yellow-1, Yellow-2, Yellow-3
Blue	2 Images	Blue-1, Blue-2
Green	2 Images	Green-1, Green-2
Orange	2 Images	Orange-1, Orange-2

Arrange all color images sequentially.

Note: To ensure the correct first image is assigned to each variant, rename color images in sequence (e.g., Black-1, Black-2, Black-3), and assign Black-1 to the Black variant."

Step 2: Assign Images to the variants

Click on the Blank space on the variant option

Note: Shopify allows only one featured image per variant. When assigning images to a variant, make sure to select the first image from the image set created for that specific variant. This image will act as the variant’s featured image when the variant is selected.

A window will open for selecting the variant image. Search

Search Image	Assign it to the variant
Yellow-1	Yellow
Blue-1	Blue
Green-1	Green
Orange-1	Orange

Step 3: Configuration Done
